I want a custom piece, how do I go about placing a custom order?

The best way to place a custom order is to e-mail us directly at belladropsjewelry@gmail.com or call (530)318-1549.  Once we have all the details, the next step is we set up a custom order link on our site and send you the link to purchase.  Once payment has been made, your custom piece will be created.  Pictures of the final product are sent to you prior to shipping to ensure you are 100% happy with your customized piece.

I want an item listed but need it painted in different colors.  How do I specify this?

You may see a painted color color combination on another jewelry piece, only to find that that choice is not an option on the particular jewelry piece you would like to buy.  To get that exact painted color combination, you first add the specific jewelry piece you would like to your cart.  Then, upon checkout, you will have the option of writing any specific paint color choices that you prefer, if they are not listed on that particular item.  If you have any trouble with this, please contact us at belladropsjewelry@gmail.com or (530)318-1549.

My jewelry item accidentally broke, can you fix it?

We are certain your jewelry item will last a long time of wear, but understand accidents happen, and are more than happy to repair a broken item, if it was accidentally broken.  BellaDrops is not responsible for shipping fees to have it sent back to us for repair.  We will however, ship it back to you, free of charge, as part of our Customer Quality Satisfaction Guarantee.  Simply contact us at belladropsjewelry@gmail.com or at (530)318-1549 to work out the details.  

I received my BellaDrops piece but need my jewelry item re-adjusted to fit, can you fix it?

We list the sizes and dimensions of all of our jewelry items but as part of our Customer Quality Satisfaction Guarantee, we will happily re-adjust the size of bracelets and necklaces free of charge if they didn't fit exactly as you would have hoped.  However, we unfortunately are unable to cover the cost of shipping.  Simply contact us at belladropsjewelry@gmail.com or at (530)318-1549 if you need anything adjusted.
