Shipping Information

Orders for non-custom made items are sent out within 2-4 business days. Please allow about 7-10 days to ship out custom orders, after I have received the custom order details as well as for orders placed during the busy holiday season (Nov-Dec).
Shipments are sent via USPS, unless otherwise arranged. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 days in the USA, or 1-4 weeks (approximate) Internationally. For international orders, BellaDrops is not responsible for paying customs, import fees, and/or additional taxes that are dependent on the country you reside in. It is your responsibility to research your country's individual fees prior to confirming your order, as any additional fees to obtain your package will not reimbursed to you by BellaDrops.
•I will provide proof of delivery for item(s) shipped  for all orders and tracking information for items shipped within the USA.   Shipping fees are dependent on package weight and are a flat fee for all international orders outside of the U.S.

USPS in US — starting at $4.00 for 1oz- 1lb, $5.25 for 1-2lbs, $6.75 for 2-3lbs, $8.25 3-4lbs and $9.25 for 4lbs.
International Shipping — $11.00 flat rate

Returns & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that something should happen to your piece during shipment, an exchange or refund can be arranged upon return of the complete damaged item. 
I want you to be 100% fully satisfied with your purchase so if you are for any reason, not pleased with your jewelry piece, send me an e-mail or contact me via phone so we can fix the problem.
